Timothy Jeffery has sailed over 200,000 miles, including the Southern Ocean, Transatlantic Fastnet Race. He has participated in five summer Olympic Games, 11 America's Cups and Seven Whitbread/Volvo Ocean Races. In 2014 he was Director of Communications , 2014 America's Cup (San Francisco). Tim has written numerous books on sailing and is a former Sailing Correspondent for Daily Telegraph and Racing Editor for Yachting World. Foreword by Sir Ben Ainslie CBE. Ben is the most successful sailor in Olympic history, and has won medals at five consecutive Olympics from 1996-2012, including gold at the last four.
