The memoir continues, recounting Tom's subsequent travel to the UK where he attained international fame as an operatic tenor, sharing his time between Australia and UK for some years. The memoir tells of the highs and lows of a remarkable life as one of South Australia's most famed and favourite sons. The book is published to coincide with Tom's 90th birthday in April 2024.
