David Mulligan describes himself as a 68 year old actor/writer/poet who s passionately argumentative, a lover of people, fax machines and TV who was serious once on a Tuesday but has forgotten which year. A regular man-about-town who lives in Sydney, David Mulligan is well-known in local poetry and literary scenes and has published poetry, fiction, newspaper columns and the picture book The Moon is a Gift to high acclaim. Painter, sculptor, teacher and occasional gourmet cook, he graduated in Pharmacy from the University of Sydney, but is best-known for his acting credits which include All Saints, Water Rats, Tusitala and the movie, Dirty Deeds.
