Author(s): Beatrix Potter
A perfectly lovely book for sharing with your child at snuggle time. The ribbons are just the right size for a baby's hand to hold on to. The silky cloth will soothe and comfort them as you read together. The book follows a baby's typical day, from breakfast to bedtime. There are lots of classic illustrations that baby will recognise from playing inside and outside: animals, toys, clothes, food and garden.
Based on illustrations by Beatrix Potter whose passion for the natural world lay behind the creation of her famous little books. A particular source of inspiration was the Lake District where she lived for the last thirty years of her life as a farmer and conservationist. Today Beatrix Potter's original 23 tales are still published by Frederick Warne, alongside a wide range of other titles including baby books, activity books and gift and sound books.
